My mother was brought into the ER after having a stroke. When we arrived, her nurse Reba immediately attended to us providing a recap of what they had done so far explaining the why behind each decision that was made. She was patient so patient with us and answered all of our questions while still showing my mom such respect and compassion not leaving her out of the conversation or talking as if she wasn't there. She made us comfortable and confident that my mom was in her best interest. Through every step of care, she thoroughly explained what was happening. She was incredible.
