It is a pleasure to know and work with Rebecca Hoyt. She has brought a newfound team feeling to the women's clinics she is responsible for. We have had some in-person and Skype calls with the other women's clinics she is responsible for and this has brought a new cohesiveness to women's healthcare in those clinics. This, all facilitated by Becky.
On many occasions, she has been an advocate for her team, including for myself. She listens carefully and is not quick to judge. She looks for creative ways to problem solve and helps her team grow. Becky is also there when needed to help with service recovery. This was the case recently when a clinic patient had concerns that she wanted to voice. Becky spent an hour with her, listening and assisting however she could. Thank you, Becky, for being a great manager; your team loves you!
