My father recently saw Nurse Rebecca for an annual Medicare wellness check. She went above and beyond the normal parameters of the appointment to help my father who was recently discharged from a skilled nursing facility and is struggling with the effects of diabetes. She took the time to listen and was sensitive to our needs. She was able to find a wound care nurse to help and was able to get an on-the-spot consultation with a doctor to help my father assess the debilitating sores on his feet. She even helped move my father when he needed physical help to get back in his wheelchair. Rebecca truly exemplifies the characteristics of an honorable medical professional. She was empathetic and persistent in advocating for my father during our visit. She deserves recognition for her caring nature and commitment to patient health.
