Rebecca exemplifies a dedicated and compassionate GI RN. She has good relations with her co-workers and is always willing to help out. She is always willing to cover calls and to stay late when needed, even when she is not scheduled late. She is always enthusiastic and always has positive vibes. She is very keen on assessing her patients. One time she was able to notice a patient carrying a gun and notified the charge RN. The situation was dealt with calmly without causing harm to anyone.
