Rebecca moved into the Peds RN3 role last year and jumped into developing a team dedicated to caring for our peds patients. She supports our Nursing, MA, and PSS teams with an unflinching dedication on daily basis. You can always find her supporting the MAs when we are short. During the recent snowstorms, Rebecca was wearing multiple hats doing MA work on top of RN triage while providing clinic leadership at the same time. Rebecca highlights nursing core values of compassion, accountability, and trustworthiness by remaining calm, thoughtful, and vigor in her care of our patients and the team she leads. She seeks others’ opinions and advice in the work she does daily while improving herself and lifting others around her. Rebecca embodies daily what it is to be a servant leader.
