Renee wears many hats on our unit: ANM, secretary, resource nurse, bedside nurse, all while smiling and remaining calm during chaotic times. Our NICU is fast-paced and Renee is a true patient advocate and maintains the highest standards even when faced with many obstacles. Renee always takes the time to go around the unit to round on staff, patients and families to make sure they are all OK; she will not hesitate to jump in and assist when needed. The unit respects Renee's ability to make quick and fair decisions for the smooth running of the department, she is kind to everyone. Renee exhibits everything you would envision a nurse should be.
