One time we brought in our son and he was in a rage. The way she handled our son and helped to calm him down was remarkable. She is always kind and takes time; with my son's brain injury he gets very frustrated when he is rushed, and he gets anxious because he wants to be in control of his needs and appointments he does not want his mother to be the one they talk to. She always speaks to him slowly, writing everything down. Then she will speak to me. She makes him feel important. Before his injury he was always in control, and he misses that.
