Richard answered all of my questions with detailed information, gave great advice and I didn't feel like I was being rushed through. I like it when I feel that I am important enough to spend a few minutes with and make sure I understand what's being explained to me, he does that.

He has been sympathetic to my father when he was hospitalized. Richard checked on him and after discharged he called to see how my father was doing and scheduled an appointment to go through all his meds. He always treats my dad with respect and shows compassion. He is a benefit to the VA system and a great advocate to veterans and their families.
