My 1-year-old son earned a week-long, unexpected stay on the peds unit. Robert was our shining light in a dark time and the only person who could get a glimpse of a smile out of our little man.
His care during multiple sticks and patience with our endless list of questions will never be forgotten. As an RN myself I understand how the end of a long shift can wear on a person, but Robert never grew tired of caring for our little boy and he never forgot to ask how us parents were holding up too.
Robert is the real deal and HH is better for having him on their team.
