My daughter had an appointment on a Saturday at 7 am for a specialist to receive leg braces. Because of our HMO, we needed a referral. Robin worked above and beyond with the clinic. She stayed after her scheduled shift to make sure my daughter could be seen. She continued to communicate after the following day to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I truly appreciate all her work and how she makes us feel like she cares.
