Robin was pleasant, considerate and efficient when we came into the ED. I've seen a lot of nurses around the system, and this nurse exemplifies the best. She is a perfect example of what I think of when I think of the SSM Mission and values. Robin genuinely cares about her patients and is respectful, caring and compassionate. She is a true professional who gave us confidence that we were in skilled, healing hands. When my partner was in pain, Robin wanted to do everything in her power to relieve it. She is one of the most compassionate people I've ever met. You could tell by her expressions and actions that she really cared about him getting better. She checked on him often and always made him feel like he was very important. Not only did Robin give him great care under her watch, she also took the time to visit him the next day after he was admitted.
