I have had the honor to partner with Robyn for over 2 years. She demonstrates a strong commitment to family-centered care. Recently, she supported a young and very anxious patient who had received a new tube. Robyn collaborated with support staff to learn about this patient's unique care needs and went above and beyond to build trust with her. She took a few extra moments to play first and then provide care and it transformed this patient's experience. This approach will have a lasting impact on this child and family. Thank you!
