...I have worked in health care for 36 years. I was very impressed with the compassionate and service excellence that was given my wife. If her IV beeped he was right there. Any questions that I asked was promptly checked and answered. He made all family and personal caregivers feel and know he was very committed to making the whole family feel he is an excellent RN.
He is a rarity and you are lucky to have such a gem of an employee. We were lucky to have him care for our loved one. If ever I need care, I was so impressed by Ron, I would not hesitate to go to Memorial hospital and highly recommend everyone I know to do the same. Thank you so very much.
