Rosalynn was my mom's angel. She gave her hope. My mom did not want to go to a nursing home. She was upset and threw the phone during our conversation.
Rosalynn explained to her that she was not able to care for herself and needed rehabilitation. She sat down and discussed her care. She put a smile on my mom's face. Rosalynn called her by the name she likes to be called. Rosalynn encouraged her not to be sorry and that she was getting stronger each day.
Rosalynn was like a best friend to my mom. I feel like she helped our family become stronger and bond more closely due to keeping us informed about her care and progress. Rosalynn felt like she was a caring mother or sister to all of us.
