Rosanna Enright, RGN

It is often difficult to be open with patients who are ill and maybe have little chance of recovery. Still, Rosanna has the ability to care for people in a way that allows them to feel at ease, allowing them to open up about their expectations and fears. She treats each individual with respect and shows patience and kindness, no matter their background. She does not shy away from difficult conversations. She provides a link between the patient, their family, and the medical team all the while carrying out her nursing duties to the highest standard. I believe Rosanna is an example of what a nurse should be, what we should all strive towards, and what our patients deserve.
