I have had the pleasure of giving and receiving report from Rose as a fellow nurse, but being on the other side is quite different as the patient. I didn't have a very good first 24 hours of my stay, but getting Rose for my second night was a Godsend. She knows I work here and know policies and procedures and although I could tell her patient load was high acuity, she kept me taken care of and educated the whole time. She discussed things as if I didn't work here, and I appreciated that as a patient because it put my family at ease. She was always asking me if there was anything else I needed even though I know she had call lights going off the whole night. If your patients receive the care she gave tonight, then BSA can really say they have the best nurses in the Panhandle. Thank you so much, Rose!
