There are no words to explain how priceless Rosemarie Wright is and I want to "Thank" her for making an emotionally challenging time for me a pleasant experience. Rosemarie is compassionate and caring. Again, she is the one that turned a dreadful situation into a pleasant one.
Rosemarie Wright who works on 6 Dean came up to 8 Dean to say hello to my cousin who was visiting me and who is a friend of hers. Rosemarie did not have to do what she did and yet she took charge not thinking of herself... not thinking of her time... not thinking she did not work on the 8th floor and... Not thinking I was not her patient. No one would take "the time" out of their day to do what she did.
I ended up in the ER of Englewood hospital. Diagnosed with Diverticulitis. So my "FUN" begins, and I was admitted to 8 Dean. With all the ups and downs happening a situation arose where I needed a new IV line. Four nurses from 8 Dean tried with no luck, emergency services were sent to me... no luck.
In the meantime, Rosemarie from 6 Dean was in my room. End of matter, emergency services leaves, Rosemarie took charge and with one try the IV line went in and with no issues. It's Rosemarie Wright that was sent to me in my time of need... making me realize that Angels do exist. Rosemarie Wright has a special empathy handling problems and patient concerns. Its nurses like her that help patients like me make a stay in the hospital better! Thank you, Rosemarie Wright.
