While we had a wonderful experience and very attentive medical professionals, Rosemary went above and beyond offering spectacular care to my wife and our newborn baby. She was always positive, upbeat, and encouraging. When we had breastfeeding challenges, she gave meaningful suggestions and went the extra mile to show my wife how to pump and get the baby to latch. During a situation that was quite frustrating for us and our baby, she brought peace and helped my wife feel like she could do it. Thank you for caring so much for your patients and bringing peace to our situation. You were a true Godsend, Rosemary.

My visit to Hillcrest Hospital has been a 10/10 experience. Everyone has done a perfect job, but Mrs. Rosemary has gone above and beyond for my family and me. Always being there when something is wrong and taking the extra mile to make sure we are all ok! Giving me great advice on how to handle a newborn and always on point with every need we ask of her. She is truly a perfect employee and needs to be recognized for all her hard work and continuous need to help others. Hillcrest is fortunate to have her because she is always willing to go that extra mile for her patients! My family and I are lucky to have her as our nurse.
