Whenever Rosann was the one assigned to look after my daughter, we worked as a team. She was there when I need her, she was proactive and showed genuine care for our baby's welfare, and was always attentive. She was determined to help our daughter reach a milestone such as finishing her milk feed. She also did something extra; once she offered to go to the pharmacy on her way home to ask for a pulse oximeter as we really needed it, she took the initiative even though I was hesitant and told her to do it if it is convenient. She was also always asking and offering water when I expressed milk even if I forgot to ask. These are small things but does make a huge difference.
