...Ruby has shown amazing leadership skills and up lifting spirit. When I informed Ruby that the HNS department supports the Urology department if a code is called, one day she not only ran over to their department but she also escorted the ER team down standing by the side of the patient. We wondered what happened to her. One day the HNS had a code assist. We were waiting for the ER support, Ruby ran over the conscious sedation area asked for a gurney to expedite our service; service without delay. Ruby taught our RN & LVN's messaging to support our scores by 48% (regional goal is 40%).

Our physicians applaud her, my staff applauds her, and I applaud her. Ruby is an excellent RN. Thank you!
