Ruby went out of her way to make this specific patient comfortable and confident in his abilities. He had his AICD go off two times two days ago, and she knew how to help him overcome his fear. Ruby nurtured him and guided him above and beyond. He was able to attempt standing despite his fear of another AICD discharge. Ruby stays and supports her patients the entire P.T. session in support of our early mobility program. Ruby is the best!
