Rupi is an exemplary employee as well as manager. She lives and breathes the HFWBH mission and vision. She is a communication extraordinaire and strives to make sure that her staff knows what the mission and vision are, and how to uphold the standards of care in our daily routine. She is constantly working hard to ensure there is a good flow of communication between the surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNA's, pre-admissions staff, pre-operative staff, post-operative staff, patients and family members. Her hard work is always done with an ultimate goal of improving the care of patients and their families to take care beyond the boundaries of our imaginations. She provides the support that her employees need and is always willing to step in to help out if staffing is short or wherever we need help. Rupi, is an exceptional person as well as manager who values her employees and the working relationship amongst all departments.

Rupi has been exemplary in her nurse manager role. She goes beyond the boundaries of imagination. Rupi is eager and willing to work in an emergency situation or if we have call-in's. She is there for us to help and is supportive to all of the staff in her department. She is pro-active, a great mentor, and has great ideas for improving health care. She is an outstanding manager. She's helpful, understanding, and compassionate to all of her employee's.

Rupi is engaged with her employees, patients, and physicians and is always in tune with any concerns or issues they may have. She treats all staff and customers with the highest level of respect and is a great mentor. She is a positive leader who strives to make the department happy. She has great passion when it comes to safety for all staff and customers.
