Ryan McRae exhibited extraordinary caring, compassion, and humor during my recent stay at McLaren Hospital. Ryan has an approach to nursing care that made me feel safe. It was easy to trust him with my discomfort and apprehension. Furthermore, after I was discharged and was unable to contact my physician concerning insurance issues with the way my prescription was written, I called the hospital and spoke with Ryan. Ryan assured me he would take care of it and he did. Ryan was not only a caring nurse; he went above and beyond hospital care by being a patient advocate even after discharge. I hope Ryan realizes how much I appreciate his care and his help.
