Sam was an absolute delight. She was very thorough in answering all of our questions and concerns. She kept me up to date on notes from the doctor and surgery scheduling. She was incredibly understanding, especially when I came back from the hydrascan with a panic attack, communicating with my doctor I needed a moment. She was funny, relatable, and compassionate. She gave me a great comfort to be in her care. I 1000% recommend a raise. Many blessings to her and her newest addition to her family. She made me feel very supported – like we were on the same team. She encouraged me, reminded me to be patient with myself, and always gave us information as she could (like scheduling, expectations, etc.). She was truthful in her answers, explaining that things change, including scheduling, which I really appreciated (it helped keep my expectations in check). She was kind and caring.
