My father was admitted to the emergency department at Tradition CC. We were afraid, confused and vulnerable. Samantha Holtzclaw was very calm, very knowledgeable and shared that by constantly educating us every step of the way. In times like these when our loved ones are sick, having a nurse that demonstrates compassion helps in relieving our anxiety. Sam walked us through each step, she anticipated our needs, and she made us feel comfortable and was very efficient in her care. We want to recognize Sam for being an outstanding nurse in a very busy ER. She is an angel that gives great care. She is fitting for this profession and we are grateful to have her as his nurse.
