Nurse Sam was very patient and informative. She acted genuinely concerned about how I was feeling and made me feel comfortable. Nurse Sam explained everything before she did it and always asked if there was anything else she could do. She also engaged in conversation with my daughter and made her feel like she was a part of what was going on. The fact that I could tell she enjoyed what she does through her attitude is why I am nominating Nurse Sam.
