Samar delivered exceptional skilled ability and competency in her field of specialty. After having multiple IV start attempts and sitting in the ER for over 11 hours with IVs that just wouldn't work properly none of the medications administered over this time infused properly. When I arrived at the floor Samar was paged and she arrived with confidence and a "Smile" reassuring me that this IV was going to work. She took less than 60 seconds to place the IV, I felt no pain, no poking and I was well on my way to getting my medications. Every nurse has a dedicated skill.
