Sam, thank you for your kindness and help to our family. You were easy to reach by phone and always helpful. Although we knew you were busy, you never seemed rushed or in a hurry when talking with us.
I was most impressed on the day of my first visit. We had only spoken on the phone, but yet you somehow recognized me when I was standing outside the door to my dad’s room. That was impressive!
