Sonni was always so pleasant, checking on me when she was supposed to check and paying strict attention to details! Very caring and personable! She was always ready with an encouraging word and smile! When the medication made me feel really upset she was here to explain how that sometimes happens and that she would be here in a minute's time to help me when I needed assistance! I realize the nurses have an insurmountable task every day but Sonni went up and above to do her best to make my day more normal and made me happy to have her as my special nurse! She is an exceptional nurse and one that CHI should be very proud of her! Many accolades to an outstanding person who became a treasured friend in only one day!
