Saori was an amazing nurse. She listened to our needs then she took action. We weren't getting answers from anyone as to what was going on. We explained it to her, then she went into super nurse status. We got all the answers needed. Saori did not hesitate on anything. My husband and I want to make sure she is recognized for the extravagant work she does. She genuinely cares about your needs, she made sure my husband and I were comfortable, had water and ice. Every time we rang for the nurse, she would show up instead of using the microphone. You are a blessing to help people and be kindwhile doing it. May God bless you.
