Sara is beginning her second full year as clinical faculty at UIC in both the undergrad and AGMS programs. She is also a PhD student. Sara is consistently praised by her students for her calm demeanor and the caring that she demonstrates for her patients and her students.  As stated by one of her students, "Sara was unflaggingly encouraging, patient, and supportive. I really felt like I had the opportunity to try every skill that was appropriate and that she would give me kind but honest feedback about how I could do better the next time. She always looked for interesting opportunities for us, and would call or walk us down to any department we were interested in seeing.
