Sarah E Anderson 2024, RN

Through her reassuring attitude toward my uncle and our family, Sarah exemplified the qualities any healthcare organization desires in their profession. She explained in layman's terms my uncle's condition, the medical interventions being taken to help alleviate his symptoms, why those were the appropriate interventions, and the hope for anticipated outcomes. She presented in a straightforward manner and was able to answer my many questions in a clear, concise, personable, and professional manner. Sarah is a good role model for her peers in patient/family communication. She is honest, forthright, and supportive. Coupled with her pleasant manner, Sarah is a valuable asset to the OSF Mission.
