My mom was in the ICU and had COVID while many other things. Since we couldn't see her right away, I was in contact with her over the phone keeping me and my family updated. Once my mom took a turn for the worst and we came for our "window" visit, Sarah was so kind to all of us! I could tell how caring and kind she was going to take care of her. She would have us call into Mom’s room and hold the phone so Mom could hear us. She took care of Mom with love! We knew mom wasn't going to make it through this terrible time and Sarah was so caring and loving while we were there! You could tell she was more than a nurse. She's a very caring person and it showed!
