Wow! She's so incredible! Serap is very thorough, fast, efficient, and (to boot)-so caring! I had a reaction to something overnight, and she was totally on top of it. Calling the doctor multiple times, checking constantly on me while waiting for the doctor to order medicine to reverse my reaction. She called back up nursing to monitor me while she kept trying to reach the doctor. After he finally ordered something, she didn't just stop there; she continued monitoring me until she knew I felt totally better. I'd say she went above and beyond! You can tell, she's an incredibly hard worker that cares deeply for her patients and their care.
