Shann Mae Alag, Registered Nurse

All my thanks and gratitude to Shann, for the emotional and psychological support provided to me and my daughter. She was really busy at the time my daughter was very sick. My daughter was about to receive her blood transfusion but due to her high-grade fever, it puts me to worry more because the blood cannot be transfused due to that reason. I saw Shann and noticed that she was coming into our room to provide a cold compress to my daughter in between her other patients. Her words really do show that she cares, her actions are so kind and powerful and let my whole body relax and be still. And that was very effective.
