Shannon, not only were you one of many nurses that took amazing care of me but you took my pain very seriously and explained my options, so I was getting treated like I should have. You are very friendly and caring and always in a positive mood. You made sure I was comfortable and if I wasn’t you found a way to help me. You are a hero in my book.
