Sharlene is a great team leader, we also go to her because she is efficient and caring. There was one day, we did not have any Assistant Nurse Managers working on our unit and a patient collapsed in the hallway. She took charge, called a rapid response, and made sure that everyone came to help so that the patient can receive the help that he needed.
