Shaun Amos, RN

I met Shaun over the phone when he called to provide guidance in an upcoming surgery. He called on my birthday and started the conversation by singing Happy Birthday. I told him I would like to meet him and on the day of my surgery he popped in to introduce himself. He was very positive and comforting as I was scheduled for pretty serious surgery. After he learned I was being discharged, he once again stopped by. He provided helpful advice and tips to ease my fear of going home. He was very reassuring and helped me feel a little more at ease. Shaun is one of those caregivers that you’ll remember for the rest of your life. He made a huge impact on me and my recovery. I was blessed to have met him.
