Sheela Alex, RN

Sheela is a pediatric nurse with some ICU experience. Any time Peds ICU needs a nurse desperately, my nurse manager will call her and she will come and work in ICU. Not only that, most of the time when ICU is staffed with new nurses she always helps them and checks the patient frequently for their safety, even without a request from any nurses. She is always concerned about patient safety not only for her patients but the patients on her unit as well as the ICU. I strongly believe she works above and beyond.
