Sheila started with us in 2021. Words can't describe how grateful we (my husband and myself) are for all she does for us and our daughter. The first funny thing we discovered is that her daughter, our daughter, and Sheila, all have the same birthday! Sheila is so caring (the kind of caring that comes from the heart.) You can care for someone, but this nurse does things with heart. Caring for our daughter is not easy in any way, with all our daughter's medical needs and her growing up into a teenager. I thank God that our Case Manager Worker got ahold of Universal Pediatrics and matched us up with this nurse. Sheila does so much - helps my daughter get ready for school - goes to school with her - comes back home with her, and makes sure she starts on her homework (and that is besides all the medical needs that need to be done every day). Plus, I love Sheila going to doctor appointments with me. I can talk about any medical issues I am having with her. Before Universal Pediatrics introduced this nurse, I was always worried about our daughter at school and whether her medical needs were being met. Now I know that her medical needs are being met with the help of Sheila. This nurse and our daughter were made for each other. They play and joke around with each other. Through this last summer, this nurse even ensured our daughter kept up on her math and reading for school so she didn't fall behind. To this day, Sheila is such a wonderful nurse. I can't say enough about how happy, grateful, and thankful to have this nurse in our lives. I thank and love this nurse for taking care of my daughter.
