Sheila went above and beyond her duty to make sure that my sister and the family was comfortable during her stay and after her death. We never had to ask for help because she was there before we could call. She kept my sister pain free.
As my sister's time was drawing to an end, Sheila let us know what to expect ahead of time. Sheila showed great patience as she went through the explanation for various family members that drifted in and out throughout the day. She was always kind and patient no matter how many times she was asked the same questions. We felt blessed to have her as our nurse during this time.
