Sheila Mends, RN

When I came to from my surgery Sheila was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She has an amazingly calming presence and I swear I felt like I was her only patient on the ward. I could see she had work to do but at no point did I feel like I was bothering her. She never made me feel rushed, she always took her time to listen to me and put me back at ease. After a scary day, she made me feel totally relaxed. Thank you!!
