My son was losing weight at a rate that was too much after giving birth. Shelbi could see that I was upset and took no time in jumping in to help me with breastfeeding. I was hurting a lot from his cluster feedings and him automatically biting down and therefore, not creating a good latch. She helped me multiple times in a way that no longer hurt and helped him to get the nutrition he needed. Without her knowledge, I never would have known he was latching improperly and we would be having to supplement more. She always made me feel comfortable.
