Shelby came into the room with a caring and supportive manner. She had only been at the hospital for three months, as we learned later. We never questioned her at any time because of her apparent knowledge of the equipment and service to my husband. She was always caring thoughtful and thorough as she worked with my husband who at the first time was very confused. I truly appreciated Shelby's gentleness and consideration in working with him and making him feel comfortable.
One night Shelby stayed late to help him change his bedding and clothes. It was obvious that Shelby was comfortable in her work and truly cared for her patients. Thank you, Shelby!
