Shelby always took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and either validate or explain why things were the way they were.
My dad was transferred to the 6th floor and was being taken care of by Shelby. She took amazing care of my dad and her sweet, caring attitude beamed through. She exhibited patience with every conversation we had, and there were many over those few days. She always took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and either validate or explain why things were the way they were. She even took the time to help my dad on the phone and tried to get us set up for a video chat. She always left me feeling confident that he was in good hands and I was free to check in any time. She even helped ensure his after-care plan was followed at the nursing home he was returning to. I can’t begin to thank Shelby enough for all her wonderful care and her amazing professionalism. She was crucial in getting my dad through his health crisis and getting him home with the correct care plan.
