Shelby Klinger 2, RN

Shelby was In Special Care Nursery at shift change with a newborn who was in critical condition. She worked well with the Physician NNP & SCN staff to perform life-saving measures. She worked quickly and effectively to create a system to execute a sterile procedure to stabilize the newborn before transfer. Her quick thinking & teamwork helped to stabilize the newborn for transfer to higher-level acuity facility.
