I would like to start off by saying that I am a seasoned RN. As such, I believe I am a good candidate to recognize exceptional emergency care. My daughter was seen for a potential Tylenol overdose. The staff all acted quickly, kindly, and with empathy. I did not feel the judgement I was anticipating after making a mistake that could have resulted in a less than favorable outcome for my little one.

The P.A. and doctor were incredibly informative, and Shelby, the nurse, was so kind. Shelby not only anticipated our needs but provided a warm and welcoming demeanor that made me comfortable enough to ask the questions I was scared to ask.

She advocated for my daughter, she was positive, and she was so easy to talk to. I truly believe that day to be one of the scariest days of my life, and I am so grateful to Shelby and the rest of the staff for reacting promptly, kindly, and with compassion. I felt so horrified with myself for putting my baby at risk, and the staff not only saw that but proceeded to tell stories of mistakes they made with their young children to help me feel better. It really did make all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
