I had a good experience with all of your staff, but I would like to specifically recognize one of your nurses who took care of me. Her name is Shelley Hornbuckle. I was in considerable pain and felt pretty uncomfortable. Shelley helped me with after surgery care as well as taking care of all my needs. She made me feel good. If at all possible, in a hospital, she made me feel at home. I feel compelled to tell you that Shelley was compassionate to me and my family. She is professional, caring and a credit to your organization. Please extend my sincere gratitude to her and thank her for being the great person she is.
