I am so impressed by the compassion, understanding and knowledge that Nurse Shelly has at the Infusion Clinic. For the first time in my life, I have found someone in the medical field who is able to put my anxiety to rest. She talks things through with me, actually listens, and performs in an extremely professional manner, yet able to make me feel like she cares and my treatments really matter. I am not just a number to be rushed through. As a patient in such a frustrating situation, not only is the medication important, but to me after all of these months, the treatment from my caregiver is just as important. She exceeds expectations and it really makes a huge difference. She is truly a blessing!

Shelly takes care of me every day. She is polite, happy, and nice. I look forward to coming every morning. We can laugh and talk to each other. Being there every day is almost like family.
