My mother was brought to the ED due to shortness of breath and constipation. I was allowed to go back in the ER with her to see what was going on. ER Nurse Shelly was amazing in helping my mother get stabilized, checking her vitals and reassuring me she was in good hands. When she told my mother she had to stay for observation, ER Nurse Shelly directed me to where and how to get to her room when I would visit her. Her compassion and care was excellent and I appreciated her professionalism during my uneasiness. Thank you!
